Netflixで前から気になっていた映画『猛襲』を観ました。

2026年のサメ映画。

……いや、これホラーなん？笑

もちろん怖いシーンはある。

でも私が好きな“じわじわ来るホラー”とはちょっと違う。

これはもう、

「サメ来るぞーーー！！」

を全力で楽しむ映画。笑

🦈サメ映画、なぜか観てしまう問題

私は昔からサメ映画が好き。

しかもB級込み。笑

かなり観てきたと思う。

映画を再生した瞬間、

近くにいた息子がひと言。

「またB級観よん？」

そう言い残して去っていった。笑

いや、わかる。

サメ映画って、

B級率めちゃくちゃ高い。

でも観ちゃう。

なんでだろう。

本当にズルい。

🌊ハリケーン＋津波＋サメ

今回の映画は、

ハリケーンがやってくる。

津波が来る。

そして、

サメも来る。

……もう設定からして強い。笑

あるある。

完全にサメ映画の王道。

でも、その“あるある”がいい。

サメ映画って、

正直だいたい似てる。

逃げる。

叫ぶ。

食われる。

ギャーーー！！

また逃げる。

笑う。

食われる。

もう様式美。笑

でも不思議なことに、

「またこの流れか」

って思いながら観てるのに、

ちゃんとハラハラする。

毎回引っかかる。

悔しい。笑

🌫 見えない水が怖すぎる

今回、一番怖かったのはサメじゃない。

水。

津波で濁ってるんよ。

これが本当に嫌。

だって、

どこにいるかわからない。

見えてるならまだいい。

覚悟できる。

逃げる準備もできる。

でも見えない。

急に来る。

それが怖い。

「ひえーーー！！やめて！！」

って普通に思った。笑

🎬サメ映画はツッコミながら観るもの

あとね。

サメ映画って、

ツッコミどころが多い。

いや、多すぎる。笑

「なんでそこ行く！？」

「それ完全に死亡フラグやん！」

「静かにして！来るって！！」

心の中でずっと実況してた。笑

でも、

それ込みで楽しい。

むしろ、

ツッコミながら観るのが正解まである。

👶まさかの感動

今回、一番印象に残ったのは、

赤ちゃんのシーン。

詳しくは言わない。

でも、

「え！？そこ生きるん！？」

ってなった。

生命力すごすぎる。

サメ映画なのに、

ちょっと感動してしまった。笑

いや、

感動する予定じゃなかったんだけど。笑

😨嫌な予感はした

途中から思ってた。

「これ嫌な終わり方するやつじゃ…？」

って。

サメ映画って、

突然心を折りにくることあるから。笑

でも最後は、

「あー、やっぱりね。笑」

って感じ。

ちゃんとサメ映画らしい安心感が残ってた。

よかった。

🏃もし私がサメと戦うなら？

考えてみた。

もし私がサメと遭遇したら？

……無理。笑

どうぞ食べてください。

戦えません。笑

今の時点で身体ボロボロだし。

膝もあるし。

走れんし。笑

でも、

中途半端にかじられて生き残るのは嫌。

それは嫌。笑

やっぱり全力で逃げるしかない。

たぶん叫びながら逃げる。

そして転ぶ未来まで見えてる。笑

サメ映画って、

毎回思う。

「またこのパターン？」

って。

でも最後まで観ちゃう。

わかってる。

読めてる。

それでも観る。

たぶん私は、

その安心感が好きなんだと思う。

派手。

ツッコミどころ満載。

ちょっとバカっぽい。

でも全力。

そして時々感動する。

それがサメ映画。

Why Do I Always End Up Watching Shark Movies?

Shark Movies Are Unfair. I Love Them 😂

I watched Mōshū (The Great White / shark movie genre) on Netflix.

It had been sitting on my watch list for a while.

Apparently it’s a 2026 shark movie.

But honestly…

Is this really horror? 😂

Sure, there are scary moments.

But it’s different from the slow, creeping horror that I usually love.

This movie is more like:

“THE SHARK IS COMING!! RUN!!”

And you just enjoy the chaos. 😂

🦈 Why Do I Keep Watching Shark Movies?

I’ve loved shark movies for a long time.

Including B-movies.

Especially B-movies. 😂

I’ve watched so many at this point.

The moment I started the movie, my son looked over and said:

“Another B-movie?”

Then immediately left the room. 😂

And honestly…

He’s not wrong.

Shark movies have an incredibly high B-movie rate.

But I still watch them.

Every time.

They’re impossible to resist.

🌊 Hurricane + Tsunami + Sharks

The story this time:

A hurricane arrives.

A tsunami hits.

And…

Sharks come with it.

Yep.

Classic shark movie setup. 😂

Totally predictable.

And somehow that’s exactly why it works.

Shark movies usually follow the same formula:

Run.

Scream.

Someone gets eaten.

Everyone panics.

Repeat. 😂

And somehow I still get nervous.

Even when I know exactly what’s coming.

It shouldn’t work.

But it does.

Every time.

🌫 The Water Was the Scariest Part

The thing that scared me most wasn’t even the sharks.

It was the water.

Because the tsunami made everything muddy.

You can’t see anything.

And that is terrifying.

Because:

You don’t know where the shark is.

If you can see it, at least you can prepare.

But this?

No chance.

It appears suddenly.

Instant panic.

I was basically sitting there thinking:

“NOPE. ABSOLUTELY NOT.” 😂

🎬 Shark Movies Are Better With Commentary

Shark movies always have moments where you want to yell at the screen.

Like:

“WHY ARE YOU GOING THERE!?”

“That’s obviously a death flag!”

“Stay quiet!! It’s right there!!”

My brain became a live commentary channel. 😂

But honestly…

That’s part of the fun.

Maybe that’s actually the correct way to watch shark movies.

👶 Unexpected Feelings

The scene that stayed with me most involved the baby.

No spoilers.

But I literally went:

“WAIT… THEY SURVIVED!?”

The survival instinct was incredible.

And somehow…

A shark movie made me emotional. 😂

That was not on my bingo card.

😨 I Thought It Would End Badly

Halfway through, I started worrying.

“This is going to end horribly, isn’t it?”

Shark movies sometimes like to break your heart.

But the ending was more like:

“Ah… yep. That feels right.” 😂

Classic shark movie comfort.

Everything returned to normal.

More or less. 😂

🏃 If I Had To Fight A Shark…

I thought about it.

What would I do?

Fight?

Nope. 😂

Absolutely not.

Please enjoy your meal.

I’m done.

My body already complains enough.

Bad knees.

Too many injuries.

Not exactly “action hero material.” 😂

But honestly?

Half surviving sounds worse.

So I guess I’d just run.

Probably screaming.

And maybe falling over halfway. 😂

🦈 Shark Movies Are Unfair

Every time I watch one, I think:

“It’s the same story again.”

And every time…

I finish the movie anyway.

Because shark movies have something special.

They’re loud.

Ridiculous.

Full of questionable decisions.

A little silly.

Sometimes surprisingly emotional.

And somehow…

Comforting.

That’s shark movie magic.
