ð Profile ð
I’m Tomomi, and I write most of the articles on this blog.
At night, when everyone is asleep and I finally have enough time to watch a movie, I enjoy studying English with apps and textbooks, watching horror, suspense, and psychological thrillers, and then ending the day with my medication before going to sleep.
Those quiet hours might be the only time I truly feel sane.
ð About Tomomi
𩺠I live with Bipolar Disorder and Dissociative Disorder, and I regularly visit psychiatric, internal medicine, and orthopedic clinics.
ð» During the day, I work at a Type A employment support facility (currently as a full-time employee), doing my best to get through each day.
ðº On YouTube, I often relax by watching creators like Pocky and Sayo from Sayo Tabi.
ð I also keep in touch with friends from other countries and enjoy our occasional conversations.
âš What You’ll Find on This Blog
ð¡ Movies
I love horror, suspense, psychological thrillers, and B-movies. Half the fun is laughing at the ridiculous parts while enjoying them anyway.
ð¡ Mental Health
Honest stories about living with illness and spending more than ten years going in and out of hospitals and clinicsâwithout pretending to have everything figured out.
ð¡ Learning English
I secretly study with language apps in the bath, use textbooks, and sometimes practice with my daughter (and now with my boyfriend ð).
ð¡ Everyday Life
Life with five dogs, two children, my foreign boyfriend ð, and meâa strange but lovable little world we’ve created together.
This blog is a record of days that are a little unusual, but somehow feel exactly right to me.
If any of that sounds interesting, feel free to stay awhile and take a look around.
